Users complaints

WCF has established and maintains an effective procedure for the reasonable and prompt handling of customer complaints. Any complaint can be sent to the Investors Relations at the following email address system-admin@widoowin.com . The management company shall acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten working days from the receipt of the complaint unless the reply itself is made to the client within that period. Unless duly justified circumstances, a response will be provided to the customer within two months of receipt of the complaint.
